Conscious Leadership Summit (CLS) 2026

Theme: Beyond the Blueprint: Embodying the Shift

April 17, 2026 | Washington, D.C. | 150–200 Seats Only

Leadership is no longer about titles. It is about embodiment. Step into a day designed to shape leaders, shift culture, and spark systemic change.

This is not your typical conference. It is an immersive experience curated for full participation, thoughtful disruption, and embodied practice from the moment attendees step into the room.

Are you a change agent, thought leader, and/or practitioner ready to influence the movement? We invite you to submit a proposed session that aligns with one of the following tracks:

  1. Track 1: Shape Leaders (Personal + Relational Leadership)

    1. Focus: Embodying conscious leadership through self-mastery, influence, and presence.

    2. Attendee Promise: You will leave with tools to practice leadership as a lived experience, not just a title.

  2. Track 2: Shift Cultures (Collective Leadership + Culture Work)

    1. Focus: Redefining cultural norms around leadership in workplaces, communities, and ecosystems.

    2. Attendee Promise: You will learn how to create environments where brave dialogue, inclusion, and innovation thrive.

  3. Track 3: Spark Change (Systems + Strategy + Innovation)

    1. Focus: Going beyond the blueprint to ignite systemic and structural change.

    2. Attendee Promise: You will leave equipped to catalyze transformation across your ecosystem—industry, policy, or community.

What We Are Looking For

We are curating sessions that invite participants into the work, not just the conversation. Proposals should reflect an immersive, interactive approach that goes beyond traditional presentations and centers embodiment, experiential learning, dialogue, and applied leadership practices. We are seeking facilitators who can guide attendees through real-time practice, not theoretical conversation.

Facilitating the Shift: Expectations and Support

CLS is a mission-driven, community-centered event and is not a paid speaking engagement. We do not provide speaker fees, travel, lodging, or other accommodations. Selected facilitators will receive one complimentary registration and a curated speaker asset kit to help amplify their session and engage their network.

Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and should be crafted for high engagement, experiential learning, interaction, and embodied practice. Facilitators should plan to include any Q&A within their designated session time.

CLS will provide standard A/V support (projector, screen, microphones). Facilitators are responsible for any additional materials required for their session. Direct sales, promotional pitches, or product solicitation are not permitted.

Our audience includes emerging leaders, mid-level professionals, senior executives, coaches, educators, DEI practitioners, culture shapers, and systems-change advocates. Sessions should be accessible, relevant, and meaningful across this range of leadership experience.

Proposals will be evaluated based on clarity of purpose, alignment with CLS values, experiential design, embodiment of conscious leadership principles, and the potential for meaningful impact in the room.

CLS welcomes proposals from leaders of all backgrounds and identities. We are committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and cultivating a presenter cohort that reflects the depth, diversity, and lived experience of conscious leadership.

Selected facilitators will be notified by February 2, 2026. Sessions may be photographed or recorded for CLS communications and archival purposes.

Submissions will be accepted until Saturday, December 27, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
